This amazingly decorated 7 bedroom home consists of a main residence with 5 separate bedrooms and baths, in addition to 2 attached studio apartments each with a private entrance, kitchenette, and private terrace. In the main house, the top floor “Flamingo” master suite includes a huge terrace and Kitchenette in addition to 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms located in the main house. The rooms are located on 3 levels, with walk-up access. There is also a lovely furnished rooftop with jacuzzi and great views of the Condado neighborhood. The main house has its own ample sized kitchen on the ground floor and many more amenities for your entertainment! Enjoy your private terrace or share one of the intimate shared sitting areas. Casa Sevilla is the unbeatable setting to your unforgettable Puerto Rican experience! This cheery and bright beach style guest house located in the center of the stylish Condado neighborhood, and can host up to sixteen (16) guests comfortably. Guests will have exclusive access to the common areas of the Casa, which are: the front patio with outdoor shower, the large fully equipped kitchen and our beautiful rooftop, plus three kitchenettes located inside both ground floor studios and Flamingo Penthouse master suite. You will also enjoy unlimited wifi use, our variety of literary works, board games, and beach articles. Casa Sevilla is located just two blocks away from the beach (6-minute walk), the Condado Lagoon, and Ashford Ave. which is full of Puerto Rico's most famous restaurants, bars, and casinos. It is also located nearby a lot of captivating attractions such as La Placita de Santurce and museums. Casa Sevilla is less than ten minutes away from Old San Juan and the Puerto Rico Convention Center, and it is also super close to the main airport (12 minutes). The house was SO cute and we did not want to leave. An easy walk to La Placita and the beach. Everyone had a place to sleep and their own bathroom.

Casa Sevilla is everything it looks like in the photos. The property is well maintained, secure, comfy, there are 5 bedrooms in the main house and 2 connecting efficiencies with their own private entrances. The roof top has the jacuzzi, a bar area, coolers for ice, seating room and cool views of the surrounding area. We had no trouble finding parking daily on the street. There are plenty of towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, sanitizing products throughout the house, dish soap. The kitchen in the main house is fully stocked, there are plenty of cups, silverware, plates. The fridge gave us plenty of room to store the grocery items we purchased. The freezer wasn’t properly functioning at the time but throughout the property each room has its own mini fridge so we were still able to store our ice and again the rooftop had coolers as well. They provide you with beach towels, beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, first aide kit-they thought of practically everything, blue tooth speaker. There were games like jenga blocks, dominoes, cards etc... Charming beach theme decor throughout the house, multiple balconies in the rooms with cool seating! You’re within walking distance to the beach, Starbucks, a gas station, restaurants, pharmacies. All around this house is amazing, don’t hesitate book today.

We had a great time at Casa Sevilla - wonderful property near so many excellent sites in San Juan. Loved that each room had its own bathroom and they were all well appointed. Thanks so much for a great stay!
