Summary: LOCATION: Only a mile away from the French Quarter, home to some of the best bars and restaurants in New Orleans, The Lola by Roami is also just a block away from the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, making it great for both work and play. Elevate your stay at The Lola with convenient access to our sister property, The Brandywine, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated rooftop pool from 8am to 9pm daily, just a short 16 min walk away. The Space: The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District. Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. The exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 8 guests in 3 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 3: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym and lobby. LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Laundry is free to use. 2. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. 3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room PARKING: If you are traveling by car, please take note of the parking information: Street parking is Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Prices are provided at the time of parking, and free street parking is on Sunday. *Roami is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or content. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Steamer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. 1 pack-n-play crib and stair gates are provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1100 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door codes 24 hours before check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Condo itself was terrific. They communicated well and made sure we had choices for other options to stay and allowed us early check in for the trouble. Walking distance to the quarter was doable but took about 20 minutes, however with the scenery, people watching, and places to stop and eat and shop, the walk didn't feel taxing at all.

The property we originally booked was changed on us by Sextant Stays a week before. We were moved to the Lyric property on Girod Str. While the location was good the building is not ready for prime time. There is still construction going on. There was no WiFi. Lightbulbs burned out, make up mirror not working, TV not working, wood floors were filthy. Bathtub didn't drain properly. We called you and maintenance came and resolved our issues.

Our penthouse was exceptionally clean! All the amenities of home and even had a first aid kit. Valet parking was available. The front desk was courteous and answered all our questions and concerns. We will definitely be returning!
