It comfortably sleeps 5-6, but it's perfect for two couples or a small family. Fully furnished, it includes three flat-screen TVs, a well-equipped kitchen with Viking appliances, high-speed wireless internet, satellite TV, and top-quality bed linens and towels. Our two-level rooftop deck is a culinary haven, featuring a built-in stainless steel barbecue, counter, mini-fridge, and sink. This place hit all the high notes! Proximity to beach and shops/restaurants, comfortable beds, warm and cozy decor, the fluffiest towels, well-stocked kitchen, luxury amenities, rooftop grill/dining area, patio off the kitchen with a full wall of sliding doors to let in all the light, beach gear…this host knows what they’re doing!

We loved our stay in Avila Beach. We’d never been before and the location of this property was amazing - so close to the beach and to all that Avila had to offer. Also an easy trip to SLO and Pismo and Morro Bay - all places we were able to check out while here. Place was very clean and well stocked with all you could need for a stay. Directions and check in were super easy. We left very happy. My only complaint is that there was a lot of construction happening immediately near us (specifically on the roof next door) so sleeping in was not an option. Fortunately, we have young kids and are up early anyway so it didn’t matter a ton, but it was still a nuisance. Noise started at 7am during the week, and it was consistent all morning and very loud. I realize this isn’t the rental’s fault and we booked ages ago, so we can’t blame anyone, really! But it would have just been nice to get a heads up in advance. So maybe ask about nearby construction in advance!

The property is completely boxed on. No real ocean views unless u climb the treacherous metal spiral outside staircase. Well kept, clean, pretty outside fire pit and sectional. No condiments but coffee, a little salt and pepper. Ice machine in fridge broken but amazingly close to beautiful Avila.

The property was very clean and comfortable. We loved being able to hear the waves of the ocean from the patio off the kitchen. It was a very quick and easy walk to the beach. It was also very convenient and nice that our pack-n-play fit easily in the master bedroom. The bunk room was great for our older 2 kids. We would definitely come back.

The location of this home is perfect for those wanting to go to the shops, the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, anything on front street. Loved the outdoor seating, where we were most of the time. We brought our almost 2 year old who is on the go, and 99% of the homes there are 2-3 stories so be aware of the stairs, we brought a baby gate we could transfer between stair cases, unfortunately didn’t fit on the roof so we stayed on second floor majority of the time. The house was great overall!

Needs updating, especially at cost point.

Seven Sisters did a great job with communications and information to make check-in/out easy. Accessing the house was a breeze.
The only downside:
The counter space in the primary bathroom was poor and the pebble floors (shower and bathroom) were not appealing.
Definitely returning over the next 4 years while our daughter is in school!

The townhome has just two bedrooms and the bathrooms are within the bedrooms. Great for one family and wonderful amenities. I rented this place for a week, two years in a row. I put a hold for next year, and the price increase was far too much for me to justify our stay. Nonetheless it is a great place to stay.

This condo is in a perfect location in the quiet beach town of Avila. You are steps from the beach and a small assortment of restaurants and other stores. There's a great kids part a block away. The unit has garage parking so you're off the street and the unit itself was very nice, no complaints! The property management company was also great, with automated alerts and very proactive communication. We didn't need anything, but I'm sure that if we had, they'd have been quick to respond.

This vacation rental is truly incredible. It has a rooftop patio with an ocean view, and a main floor patio with a big fire pit. The kitchen is fully stocked. My kids love the downstairs room with bunk beds and a bathroom, that they get all to themselves. This rental is fabulous and we will be back!
