It was amazing to stay inside the small walled town . They had an excellent breakfast. The manager and reception staff were excellent
The QR code for the menu wouldn’t translate to English in our room or in the restaurant. The waiter became quite impatient with us and this really affected my experience. He is the only reason there was anything less than 10.

La struttura è immersa nel verde, con un panorama stupendo, nonostante sia interna al borgo di Bettona. Le camere spaziose e accoglienti. Colazione buona, ma il fiore all'occhiello è il centro benessere, abbiamo usufruito sia di un percorso SPA che di un ottimo massaggio. Buon cibo e una discreta piscina.
Non posso lamentarmi di nulla se non del servizio ristoro un po' troppo lento che però viene ripagato dal buon cibo e dalla cortesia dei gestori e dei camerieri

L’emplacement et l’accueil de la patronne.
Aménagement très sommaire de la chambre. Réception du wifi très mauvaise. Attente assez longue pour être servi au restaurant.
