About this house rental
Nestled in Steamboat Springs, this lovely house for $632 per night is a great option for your next trip. Cimarron Townhome #2 is where comfort and space meets luxury. Bring your whole family or group of friends and spread out. This multi-level, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhome boasts over 3200 square feet of living space, a private garage and spacious deck complete with a private hot tub. As you enter the home, you are greeted by a mud room area to take off your boots and hang your coats. Back the hallway you will find a bedroom with Queen bed and attached bathroom, as well as a bedroom with Captain's Bunk (twin over Full) and attached bathroom. Walk up to the main level with soaring ceilings and large windows. Here you will find the living area, gourmet kitchen and dining room with large table. There is a powder room nearby for your convenience. The deck is located just off the living area. There you will find a private hot tub and seating to take in that fresh mountain air. Also on the main floor is one of the 2 owner suites. You will find a King bed and large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Upstairs you will find an open loft with sleeper sofa and a nook with a desk for anyone who needs to catch up on some emails. There is a second owner's suite with King bed, gas fireplace and another amazing bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub. Cimarron Townhomes is a luxury community of homes just a few blocks from the slopes. There is a free ski season shuttle that can take you to the slopes or anywhere in town you'd like to go, in the summer its just a quick walk or bike ride to some great hiking and biking trails on the mountain. The community also features an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. You will check-in at the home itself, no need to stop at a front desk anywhere. We'd love to welcome you to your Steamboat "home away from home" at Cimarron. Please note: The Cimarron HOA does not allow stays for Sports Team events. If you are travelling for Triple Crown, Soccer or Lacrosse, please contact us for other options. Bedroom Configurations: Main Floor Bedroom: King bed w/ ensuite bath Upper Floor Bedroom: King bed, gas fireplace and ensuite bath Bedroom 3 Entry Level: Queen bed with ensuite bath Bedroom 4 Entry Level: Twin over Double bunk bed w/ ensuite bath Parking Information: This home has space for 3-4 vehicles depending on size. 1-2 vehicles in the garage and 2 spaces in the driveway. No campers, RVs, trailers, boats etc are permitted to park at the property per HOA rules. You are responsible for finding alternate parking for any additional vehicles. Sports Teams: Please note, per Cimarron HOA rules, sports team stays are not allowed. If you are coming for a baseball, lacrosse, soccer or other sports tournament, please reach out to us for suggested properties.

We Loved our stay in this home. We took our adult children on a ski trip just before the Christmas holidays. There was plenty of room for all of us! Each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the living area and dining room were excellent for us to gather and eat and play games! Loved it!

The property was gorgeous, and fit all 9 of us easily. Great shuttle service to the base area. They were even nice enough to give us a late check out after we had a flight delay due to weather.

Very comfortable. Having a big Master suite upstairs worked great for my daughter and her family of 2 small children. The downstairs was great for my daughter and her family of four, and we had to master suite on the living room floor. The family enjoyed the hot tub and the grill.

The pictures and description were spot on. Not only was the unit clean and well appointed, the location in proximity to downtown Steamboat was perfect. The pool area was great for relaxing after a long day, and the lack of traffic made the area a great place to play foe the kids.

The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for a crowd. The neighborhood pool was pleasant and the hot tub was great. The A/C worked well. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The week was unusually hot. Mayo and Old O’Neils Tavern we’re good restaurants.

Awesome spring ski vacation!
This was an awesome property! Our kids LOVED the heated pool! The kitchen is super-well appointed, plenty of towels and all the other things that we needed for the week. The location can't be beat--5 min walk to Gondola Square and a shuttle to boot. One of the best rental properties we've rented as a family!

A beautiful property and one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever experienced in a rental!
We had our trip to Taos New Mexico cancel suddenly the night before we were supposed to leave due to an executive order of mandatory quarantine for visitors from out of state. We quickly scrambled and shifted to Steamboat (in our home state). We were lucky enough to find this beautiful home. John, the property manager, could not have been more helpful and nice. (He even shipped back my face cream that I left behind!).
The home was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The one thing I would have changed is to have more chairs on the deck, but during our visit they actually delivered a new set and voilà that problem was solved.
There were 10 in our party, us and our children, each with a friend… The configuration was just perfect!
We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Mountain Property
We rented the property for a family trip, 7 adults and 3 kids under 4. Property was as advertised and in a great location. The shuttle service is incredible, and the hot tub on the deck and the community pool/hot tub are really nice. John the property manager was super helpful and very responsive. They did a great job managing the baby rental items we had delivered to the house. Great trip and highly recommend John and the property.

Our group of 9 stayed at the property for four nights in February and couldn’t be more pleased. The home was very large, nicely decorated, and well-stocked with cooking equipment and tools. It was perfect for our three families to have our own space while still spending a lot of time together. We had three babies/toddlers with us, and they were very accommodating in helping us secure pack and plays and high chairs. The location was also excellent—a quick 5-10 minute walk to the base of the ski area. We also loved the outdoor jacuzzi in our unit, as well as having access to the community gym. When our kids get older, they would certainly enjoy the community pool as well.

PERFECT home for a family or group!
This property was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful, spacious and clean. The pool is a great addition and the community is great for families. I was sad to leave the house and it was so nice and comfortable!!! Make sure to bring soap, shampoo and conditioner as there is none provided.

Comfortably luxurious accommodations
Cimarron 2 is one of the nicest ski places where we’ve stayed. Very comfortable with nice amenities. It was convenient to have the hot tub right off the family room, and the heated pool just steps from the driveway. We were delighted to learn that it’s also a very close walk (5-10 min) to the gondola. John the property manager is super nice and accommodating. He helped dig us out of snow when our rental van got stuck! Great place overall. We’ll be back!

We loved this place - the small touches were great (ie puzzles, hot tub towels, wonderful kitchen appliances, etc.) - it was a wonderful week in a great home. We really enjoyed spending New Year's Eve in Steamboat.
