The apartment is spacious and located in a lovely part of midtown Sacramento near the rose garden. Roses in bloom even in November!

Comfortable place to stay while visiting our daughter and son-in-law for the holiday. We were able to prepare our Thanksgiving meal with the fairly equipped kitchen and had a nice space to chill and visit. Easy access to local spots. Loved the park across the street!!!

Nice little place. My only major issue was alllllll the flies. Like huge flies. They had a fly swatter but it was broken. It looked like someone tried to tape it back together but the tape pulled off and it was sticky. Be sure to bring your own pillows. Other than that, had a nice stay.

Staying in Sac for work. The place was clean, just a little noisy as the occupants in the main house are directly above the apt and would run around as i was trying to get sleep.

This property was large, spacious, very clean and equipped with anything we would possibly need. It was very nicely decorated and the air conditioning was VERY MUCH appreciated during this hot weather! My communication with the owner was easy and hospitable. Thank you very much!

This apartment is gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable.Great bed, great bath, great kitchen, great living area. I was a bit worried about parking but easily found spots in the unrestricted areas about two blocks away. Great location!

Assuredly you will see the same in all reviews. Perfect location, easy to get around and discover interesting attractions. Lovely appointed apartment in the nicest of neighborhoods. Couldn’t have had a better experience in a nice place to set up for a few nights Thank you Tom and Oksana. :). I sure Hope to return soon.

The apartment was great for a private getaway during our busy weekend visiting family in East Sacramento. There is a big bathroom and a big comfy bed! We arrived at the house very late at night on both Friday and Saturday nights after long days with family and had no trouble finding street parking right on the block. Communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. Nice place to stay!

Would stay again if in town. Super spacious for just one. Very comfortable bed. Minimal noise from the upstairs unit that didn’t detract from my stay at all. I appreciated the coffee and tea selection. Street parking during the day nearest the unit is 2 hrs only so just note that if you’re driving and staying longer than an overnight.

Great place! Very convenient, as it's an easy walk to many stores and restaurants in downtown while also right by the freeway. The bed is a real highlight, super comfortable. A real highlight was when we forgot something in the apartment. Oksana was impressively responsive and let us in remotely to get our item. Thank you!!!

The property was very comfortable and convenient for my wife and I while in town for CIM. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to lots of fun spots on J Street and an easy rideshare to spots downtown. Street parking always seemed to be plentiful and was never a hassle. Comfy bed!

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The bed and the sofa were very comfortable and we really liked staying there. In general, it felt a really nice stay. It's perfect for a stay in downtown Sacramento with the city centre just 15mins walking. The host was very responsive and helpful and assisted us with every request we had. Definitely recommend it.
