The personal is super nice, the hotel is out of the center. The most unpleasant was the kitchen . In the evenings the smell of burning was all over the hotel. Although the food was very tasty it was being cooked veeeeery slow. Other than that, good hotel if you’re coming for tenis tournaments.

The hotel is clean, the food is good.
It is overpriced for what it is, primarily because it is designed for the tennis tournaments taking place next door.

Very friendly and attentive personnel. Very good breakfast (with almost golden cutlery).
What seems to be a restaurant, is not a restaurant as they do not cook there.

The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Thanks to her help, we had a quite good experience. Rooms are clean and the view around the hotel is peaceful and beautiful.
The SPA wasn’t open. The facilities in different rooms are not consistent, some rooms have AC (although it doesn’t work) and kettles but some don’t. It’s a nice experience but I don’t think it’s worth the price.
