The bed was exceptionally comfortable!!!!! I sat this as someone who is extremely picky about hotel beds. Better than beds I’ve experienced at certain Hilton hotels and Marriot hotels. Also the decor and overall aesthetic of the bedrooms were beautiful and creative. I love the attention that was poured into the details.

Very clean
No exhaust fan for bathroom and also the bed frame side post kept moving out and I had to push it back in to the proper position.

I really enjoyed how there were two spacious pools and plenty of seating!
Staff were super friendly and the people from palm springs are super welcoming!
Overall my room was clean, however the bath tub I got would get clogged easily so I had to unclog it during my stay. The bathroom wasn’t updated as well as other rooms I stayed in.

The only issue with this place is the staff, especially Sara who claims to be a manager. Called the property multiple times just for her to have a nasty attitude and hang the call up. After calling and calling she would get nasty and say well she’s busy which is understandable however why keep hanging up when she said she was placing me on hold. When going to the front desk Sara was very unwelcoming and was rude when asked certain questions. Very argumentative and honestly her attitude makes me never want to stay there and I hope someone actually discipline’s her because treating her like that is uncalled for when she’s there getting paid to do her job. Sara please do better and you might need to reconsider your role in customer service.
