Elevate your stay at The Luzianne with convenient access to our sister property, The Brandywine, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated rooftop pool from 8am to 9pm daily, just a short 10 min walk away. The Space: The Luzianne is conveniently located next to all the places you want to be in the Big Easy, 10 minutes from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and the French Quarter, and five minutes away from Lafayette Square. This makes the Luzianne the perfect place to stay for work or play. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. 1 Smart TV is located in the living room. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOM: The fully renovated bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully renovated and stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property has a washer and dryer in each unit. The property also has a lobby. PARKING: Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. No onsite parking. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, 6 towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TV for your streaming apps like Netflix. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1,345 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber. Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Luggage Storage: While we offer luggage storage, please note it is a shared luggage storage and open to all of our guests. Please refrain from leaving valuable items inside your luggage's. The team at Roami were fantastic. There were a few technical difficulties with the properties electronic locks, but they took care of it.

The apartment was as advertised. It was clean well stocked with towels, soaps, shampoos, and kitchen stuff. Extras were available in the hallway leading to the unit, including freshly ground coffee, sugar, creamer… The unit is all run through an app and a display in the unit. We had no issues at all with getting in and out. Always felt safe. Will use Vrbo again. Well done and good value.

Very close proximity to anything that you’d like to do in New Orleans. clean and large space with a nice cold air conditioner for those hot summer days. The only negative thing that I experienced was that we couldn’t use the record player, it had no needle. Other than that, great trip!

This was a great little apartment built in a repurposed warehouse. It was spacious and comfortable fohe most part. Both couples commented that the beds were not that great. The neighborhood was nice and had plenty of places to eat (The Luzianne Cafe right next door is awesome, and the owner has great stories about the area!), and shop nearby. There's public trasnportation and bike rentals nearby, as well. The only thing we could say is that we reported the microwave as not working properly. It was arcing and shooting sparks from a burnt spot on the inside. We were told someone would come by to replace it, but that never happened while we were there. Obviously we were using it, but now no longer had that available to us.

Located near financial district and French Quarter, this HUGE 2 bed, 2 bath was stylish and a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing and drinking. Only downside is that the soundproofing is not good. We could hear someone below us having phone conversations and if they’re on speaker we could hear the other party. Other than that, no complaints, and we would recommend the property!

This was a wonderful place to stay - close enough to everything but away from a lot of the noisier parts of town, especially at night. It was spacious, clean, and had everything you might need. The management was great at responding to our questions and I will absolutely refer my friends to seek out this listing if they ever visit NOLA.

Only certain mplant I can have is that the email for checking in did not get to me. The location is not open with out a code so we had to call to get in the building. They where great help and got us in and checked in quickly. There are cameras and a screen once you are in that has some one there most of the time to answer any questions. The room was very clean and just how it was listed. We will definitely use Sextant again.

Overall very nice! Also offered free crib and high chair which is very helpful! Parking in the area is expensive and not included. The concrete floor throughout the apartment (there is some carpet in the living area) can feel very cold.

This was a perfect rental in a fantastic location. The location is in the clean Warehouse /CBD which has lots of wonderful restaurants. It is right across from Meril and Vyoones which were fantastic.The beds were super comfortable, very quiet and spacious. The management service was the best that I have ever had. Our flight home was canceled and couldn’t be rebooked for 2 days. They went out of their way to extend our stay in the same unit. I will stay here every time that I am in New Orleans.

Nice property about a mile's walk from the French Quarter. Industrial feel but not "cold," comfortable enough beds, good water pressure. The check in and concierge process is automated and really easy - there's a tablet on the wall that's really user friendly. Good restaurants nearby - we went to Meril and the italian place across the street and both were much better than anywhere else we went. My only complaint would be that the kitchen is a little sparse - a blender would be nice. Otherwise a great, quiet place to explore New Orleans. A word on parking - we found street parking plentiful and easy, but we are early risers. If you plan to be out and about during the day with your car, and can feed the meter by eight, you'll save a ton of money. Sundays are free.

Ideal location close to French quarter. There are many great restaurants in walking distance which is New Orleans in general. If you have rental car, there are plenty of parking options outside of the property. The property is clean, spacious and has industrial modern look. We had two adults and four teens, and the pullout bed was sufficient. Definitely more convenient with living area, kitchen and washer/dryer. No keys were required as it is passcode based. The area felt safe. Drawbacks are no workout facility/gym. The WiFi is slow if you need to use computer. Also there is no true lobby so must communicate via email, and if urgent they probably have a way to communicate. Overall great way to lodge in New Orleans without the cramped feeling of hotel rooms.
