The Space: - 1st Space to the left side: 1 twin bed with 2 sofa sleepers - 2nd Space to the right side: 4 tables with 6 chairs each, 3 pub tables with 2 barstools each - 3rd Space off the kitchen: two queen-sized beds, 70" LED TV, multiple couches, & desk - Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, custom motorcycle bar, and Space Invaders video game. Amenities: - Kitchen Essentials: toaster oven, dinnerware, flatware, pots/pans, cookware, cooking utensils, coffee/tea with creamer, and various sugars. - Linens Provided: towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets - ALL linens/towels are cleaned after each stay and five-star cleaning provided - Various lighting effects - Bluetooth Speaker System - High-Speed WIFI - Free Street Parking - Keyless Entry The nightly price includes 20 guests with an extra $99 per 10 guests with a max of 50 guests. $500 refundable security deposit due 15 days before the event. A copy of your ID is required after booking. Guest count is how many people are at the unit not how many people spend the night.

We rented the Graffiti Loft for our daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday Party. The space was EXTREMELY clean and I am very particular about cleanliness. The kids walked around in their socks and their socks were still clean after. The speaker system was nice and appropriate for the space. They had microphones, though we didn't quite figure out how to connect them. (It wasn't an issue because we ended up not needing them.) They had a lot of kitchen accessories, just in case you forgot something. The space was visually cool. The kids had loads of opportunities for selfies and TikToks. The property manager was very responsive and provided clear check-in/check-out details in a timely manner. The only issue that we ran into was that the remote controls for the projector and the bar lights weren't there. Not having the remote control for the bar lights wasn't an issue because there were other really cool, colorful remote control lights that could be used. The remote control for the projector not being there was only a problem at the end of the night, when I was planning to watch something in the separate area. The girls had a large tv in the bedroom, so they were fine. I just ended up watching something on my phone. Overall, everyone had an awesome time and we would definitely rent the space again.

Graffiti Loft is one of the Cutest and one of the best place to have a Party! It has Everything you Need! The Decor is Awesome! It's even located close to everything in walking distance! DEFINITELY would like to rent again. Only thing, parking can be challenging. It just depends what's going on that day...Overall, Loved it!

Great, Safe and easy to get to from South or West of Soulard/downtown. Great for any type of after party for anything going on downtown. The Loft is wonderfully appointed, as nice as the pictures show. All devices and lighting works as shown. Bedroom is great if needed and the overall size easily accommodated the 48 people who attended our party. Fully stocked kitchen really helps. only thing in the description that is confusing is there in no 2nd bedroom. the seating around the left side of the loft are considered the 5 single beds describe as the 2nd bedroom

The motif was super cool. Party went great! The only thing that was a pain was locating the light switch for the track lights over the tables. Found it an hour later on the wall next to the lockers. Maybe post a sign to avoid that in the future. Otherwise great. Beds are super compfy! Ty

I had my daughter's Sweet 16 party here and everyone was amazed by the the interior and kept asking "How did you find this place?!" Just looking at all the details the designers included in this space was an experience in itself. The decor, lights, set up... everything was ideal for what WE needed. An excellent choice if you want a eye-catching event without having to decorate yourself! *Because we had our event on Halloween weekend, there were lots of people visiting bars that lined the same street we were on, so we just had to make sure we kept the front door locked and walked everyone out as they left. NO issues at all, just wanted to point out it is a busy area so look out for one another!

Graffiti loft is amazing. We had my wife's surprise birthday party here and it was super fun and convenient. Working with Jason and his people was easy. The only communication issue I had was due to me not downloading the vrbo app, but they reached out on their own and contacted me by phone. The only challenge with this property is street parking. People that aren't used to this part of St Louis could be taken by surprise, but we got a spot right across the street. Jason went above and beyond to meet our needs.

It's a really cool place in an excellent location. The bedroom set up was comfortable and spacious. Lots of dishes, serving utensils and supplies needed to host a large gathering. There is only 1 bathroom and parking on Cub/Cards game days is a challenge.

We came to STL for a bachelor party, the Graffiti Loft had more than enough space for our group of 15 and was right next to some bars and walking distance from the stadium. Highly recommended!

Property is cute!!! It’s smaller in person than I expected. Communicating was great. Parking is difficult due to the surrounding businesses. My only complaint is they require you to remove the trash and the dumpster is around the back in an alley, this should be included in the cleaning fee.

I rented the loft for a small sweet 16 gathering. The morning of I received a text from the property manager to let us know they were available if anything was needed. We arrived at check in time and the property exceeded our expectations, the pictures don’t do it justice it’s so much better in person. The loft was spotless when we arrived. All of the lights and music equipment worked. Once guests started to arrive they were too in awe of the space. My daughter had an amazing birthday. I would definitely rent here again.

Awesome property and great location for a gathering of friends. We celebrated my wife’s 40th and it exceeded expectations. We created our own private club and did our best to pretend we were in our 20’s again. Paying for it today. We will definitely find an excuse to book again. Highly recommend.
