An impressive oasis, the palm-studded backyard presents a stunning saltwater pool and spa. You’ll also love the outdoor shower, firepit, and huge covered lanai that’s perfect for dining alfresco. The Sunrise Park setting is convenient to the city’s hottest spots! All on one floor, the stylish interior features designer furnishings at every turn. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. A sleek gas fireplace awaits in the inviting living area. Enjoy a quiet drink in the walled courtyard (separate from the backyard). Occupying an entire wing of the home, the primary suite provides direct backyard access and a luxe en-suite with a rain shower. On the opposite side of the common area, you’ll find an additional suite with direct backyard access as well as two guest bedrooms - each with a private patio. Free WiFI, a private washer/dryer, and central AC are also provided. THINGS TO KNOW -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. -City ordinance requires check-in for all reservations. Only the registered guest whose name is on the rental agreement can check-in and they must provide their ID as well as the credit card that was used at the time of booking. -This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The home is not the biggest but it is designed and organized optimally for the feel of a bigger space. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, however, the beds were a bit too firm for me but my spouse, son, and uncle loved the firmness of the beds. The backyard area including the pool, fire pit, and hot tub was lovely and the area is very private. We spent the majority of each day in the backyard. Distance to shopping via car is short but bikes were available with the rental as well. A lovely house that we would absolutely consider again.

Look no further, you’ve found it! This home is gorgeous! The location is quiet and close anything you need. The home is so clean and well taken care of and the pool is wonderful and spacious. There is plenty of room for the whole gang. The backyard is nice and private. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place, we had such a great stay here!

Our stay was great due to the great location & lay out of this home. We stayed for 2 weeks & we had everything we needed. Beds are terrifically comfortable. Backyard was our hang out place. We would stay here again!

Loved the decor and layout of the pool and landscaping. Things out of the control of VACASA •6:40 am construction on both sides of us •spa never got warm enough to get into (charged extra for pool heat) •beds were really firm not the most comfortable
