Was in town for a music festival and this place was 10 min away. Had a bathroom, TV w/Netflix and a nice big bed. Would recommend

This "place just like home" was the perfect place for our stay. If youre looking for a cozy, comfortable, quite, inexpensive retreat, then this place fits the bill! Ruth, our host, made the stay complete as she is very kind and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The boyfriend wanted to add that the sheets were nice and the bed was comfy! This was a very pleasant stay and we'd definitely stay here again!

We attended a performance at the Winter Park Playhouse and this location was within 30 minutes of the theater. Our room was very clean, updated and as advertised. We would suggest providing a blanket since the room does not have its own temperature control.

This property was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do while visiting in the Orlando area. Ruth was quick to respond to any questions we may have had before and during our stay. The only suggestion I have is for a few more wash cloths to be available for guests. There were only 2 wash cloths for a 4 night stay. I ended up purchasing a pack of 4 wash cloths at the local Walmart. There were 5 towels provided which was fine depending on how long your stay might be.

I was pleased with the accommodations and found it to be as advertised. I was in the area to see family but there was only an air mattress for me there and this was the perfect answer for me. Close and much more comfortable!

The room was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable! Communication with the host was excellent! There is a new rug over the carpet and it is curling up in a few places. Easy to catch a toe so be careful . We relayed this to the host and I have no doubt she will attend to it. The room was cute and cozy but truthfully had too many “decorations” (at least for us.) We would have preferred more space on surfaces for our belongings instead of plastic plants everywhere. The way the dresser is placed we could only access one half of the closet so that was a bit inconvenient, but we made it work. Overall enjoyed our stay here.

I can’t say good enough things about this property. Ruth was a great host and was very easy to get a hold of. The area was perfect, me and my husband were just in the area for the night for a concert. Bed was super comfortable and basically had everything we needed for our stay. The decorations were so cute for Christmas and I just loved everything about it. Would definitely stay here again anytime we come to visit the area. Neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Thanks again Ruth!

From the moment you walk in the room you feel the love and intentionality. Your every need is met from the toothpadte to the varity of shower gels to the phone chargers. The room is spotless, I could see I had no need to do my own cleaning. The colors are cohesive and the reminders of the love of God was everything to us!

Will be using this property again Better then staying at a hotel We were centrally located to everywhere we needed to go which was surprising My husband’s family was only several blocks away , so there wasn’t a lot of miles I absolutely would recommend this property if you are choosing between a hotel 🤔😉and just for a couple

Overall good stay. Interior was as described and very clean. Ruth was very responsive, and checked on us via email after checking in. Exterior was a bit rough, specifically, the grass needed mowing, and parking on the grass is not what we expected. The GPS coordinates on VRBO are incorrect, and we ended up on the wrong street. Luckily Ruth responded immediately and directed us to the right location.

I enjoyed the VRBO. Just a few suggestions. A full body mirror, more hooks to hang items, better/bigger toaster. Bagel would not fit. Keruig coffee pot. Replace towels if guest stays past two days. Spray outside for mosquito’s/bugs. Great location

The owner was so welcoming, the property truly did feel like home. She went out of her way to make us feel like we were completely taken care of. I live about 90minutes from the property and will absolutely stay again next time we go to Orlando. This will be our go to spot from now on. My daughter loved the fact that there was hot chocolate and tea in the little box in the kitchenette. Overall lovely property, beautifully cared for, everything was spotless and everything was freshly washed and clean. Felt like I was staying with my own mom. The owner is an angel. This is a very inclusive property that had products stocked for all types of hair and skin, which is unheard of. Definitely a Diamond!

The name says it all... I felt right at home during our stay. The place is exactly as pictured. Very clean and has everything you need, and then some! Communication between the owner and guests was exceptional. The owner checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and got in okay. Quick drive to Universal Studios/Disney World. Pleasantly pleased with our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We were part of a group that had our flight canceled over the weekend due to weather and staffing problems, so we had to rearrange our whole vacation. Unfortunately we were not able to stay at this location. However communicating with the owner has been a wonderful experience! She is very prompt to answer any questions that I have had about the property. Ruth seems very knowledgeable about any amenities close by. I tried to reschedule at a later date but there was nothing available....

The host was extremely nice and accommodating. Communication was excellent, pictures look exactly like the place. You have pretty much everything you need there The nice stay for a little getaway. I highly recommend this place!
