The amenities include: travertine floors, leather style furniture, 2 fireplaces, stainless steel appliances, plantation shutters, dutch door, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, skylights and spacious balcony deck w/ seating. This unit is on the second level, above commercial space. No smoking or pets are allowed.

Clean, convenient and customer service made my stay perfect.
The rental was spotless.
The location, just a block from the beach, made it easy to get out and enjoy the amazing Avila area.
And the hosts went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I had a question with the heat, and they were on site in minutes to help and fix.
Like I said, just perfect.

Beautiful beachside apartment with charming dining and shopping options within a short walk. Property was very clean and management office is nearby w/free beach towel loaners! Living room furniture (chair) was worn/in need of replacement, but overall we loved our stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Great one bedroom apartment with easy access to the parking garage and the shops. Also very clean and comfortable. The management company is around the corner and so sweet if you need anything. On Friday nights they have food stands and a band on the promenade which was so fun!

We were steps from the beach, restaurants, shaved-ice vendors (my son's fave!), bike rentals, and the Bob Jones bike path and we wanted for nothing inside of the condo either. My husband and I stayed in the comfortable bedroom and our 11 year old son slept on the pull out couch just fine. When we come back to Avila - and we certainly will - we will look to see if this place is available!

Perfect little spot close to the beach and promenade. A little snug for a family of four, but workable. We have an infant and toddler. The location made it easy to run back and forth to the beach or out for food. There was actually a new wall mounted AC unit, which was nice. There are a few art shops below that we barely heard. Nice and quiet. The garage was nice and big (room for mid sized SUV with cargo rack on top). It allowed us to leave our beach chairs, toys and towels down there. Close to SLO restaurants, breweries and wineries too. Loved the unit and town.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. A couple of negatives we encountered: the patio and its furniture was soiled with bird droppings, the toilet seat was loose, we couldn't get the cable box in the bedroom to turn on and the smoke detector in the bedroom is hanging from the ceiling; all things easy to correct for the next guest.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. The place was located right off of the main boardwalk in Avila Beach. Location couldn't really have been better, although the listing should point out that there is no ocean view and that the townhouse/condo is right above a busy shaved ice store. But overall my wife and I really enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay there again

Perfect escape for a family of 4. Couch pull out bed. Both our girls (2,4) had a great time. Easy walk through alley gets you to the beach in no time. Was clean, and well put together. Small parking structure wouldn’t fit our suburban, no worries though theres plenty of spots to keep your larger vehicles on the side street. Overall great experience.
