Our stay was great. Our property manager was very helpful.we go to Avila beach at least 3 times a year. Always wanted to stay in the round unit. Got my wish & loved it. Our only problem we don’t do stairs very well. Give it s 5 star rating.

We had a great time! Beautiful clean property! Only negative was all of the trash trucks and delivery trucks that came early in the morning every weekday. Would still book for any upcoming trips! Everyone we dealt with was nice and checking in was easy! Thank you so much!

Small but a wonderful spot for a couple. Very close to the beach with a nice deck that gets the morning/afternoon sun. Kitchen is great for two people and the setting is comfortable. Only issue is the bed, which is comfy, is set against a wall, so one person has to climb out. Great response from the office. Especially Kathleen and Jerri.

My husband and I just completed a four night stay at this Avila Beach condo. It is very near the beach and you can see the water from the balcony. It is very spacious and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. It is also quiet and safe and offers included secure underground parking. I would highly recommend this condo.

My husband and I rented this place for a kids-free vacay. It was perfectly located to shops/restaurants and of course the beach. The water pressure was weak at best but we were able to shower/wash dishes. Also parking was a bit difficult to figure out as you have to drive down an alley to find it, but it was super safe and secure. The windows need help opening all the way, but great air flow once they open all the way. FYI the restaurants and shops open and close when they feel like it, which is both charming and frustrating. The pizza place down the stairs is good, but Custom House is an upgraded Dennis. The beach is amazing! Not too crowded. We loved our stay in this charming condo and beach community.

I’m torn writing this review. This place was an excellent location, it was clean and perfect for our needs. First morning we woke up to a very noisy garage truck. I read previous reviews and knew this was probably going to happen. Not a big deal. However the next day another noisy garbage truck was across the street. Then our third morning there the garden crew with extremely noisy leaf blowers came through before 7 AM. Also since there is no air conditioning you have to sleep with the windows open to keep some airflow going. The ceiling fans help but it still gets very warm in there. The combination of having to keep windows open and all the street noise was a big to detractor. I would stay again but not in the Summer.

Would recommend Blue Moon over Avila, a French resturant, and for a great electric bike rental, BoltAbout Bike rentals, behind the resturant on front street, excellent customer service!

This is an amazing location. The kitchen is nice and it has an open floor plan. I didn't know it was more like a studio than a one bedroom when I booked it. Everything was easy from parking to getting in and checking out. This property does require you to take all trash to dumpsters, putting towels in washer and cleaning dishes etc.
I would stay again because of the location and cleanliness. I never once had to ask the host for anything because everything was listed in their guide. Thumbs up for making it so easy.

This was the perfect place for my family and I. We have 2 kids (8, 10) and it was more than I expected. The room is small but we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Great for having your coffee while reading in the morning and having a nice glass of wine in the evening. I think this room has the best view in the whole complex. Everything was super clean and all instructions were clear. Office staff was super friendly. Definitely would stay here again.
