This oceanfront condo is just perfect for solo travelers, couples, and small families! Enjoy dining with picture-perfect beach views on your private balcony. The entire condo has been equipped with guests' comfort in mind. The bedroom has a full-size bed and a new queen bed for 2021. There is also a futon in the front room and two couches in the living room, one having a pull-out bed. The private washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator have all been updated in 2019. The community pool is waiting for you as well! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. A non-refundable $50 per vehicle building registration fee is due in cash at check-in. Additional vehicles will incur additional charges. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. My husband and I came to OC for the weekend and we didn’t want to leave on Sunday ! The condo was so cozy and furniture placement was perfect for looking out the ocean while relaxing on the comfy couches ! The condo was super clean and welcoming! On Sunday we decided to extend our stay one more day and Vacasa made it happen easily!! We will be back !!

We have stayed here two years in a row. This condo has a wonderful location and views of the ocean and the sound --sunrise and sunset! It is well equipped, but some things are starting to show their age. The queen mattress in the bedroom is so soft that on the sides, you actually slip off the bed if you're too close to the edge.

Property was as advertised. However, they were doing work at the property above us and we had to deal with construction noise for several days. When I called to complain, they offered to move us to another property, but none they offered were beachfront like ours. The other problem was management sent me an email after the fact about the scheduled work at the property above us, encouraging us to change our vacation plans. That was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! In summary, I think we should receive a partial refund for our inconvenience, as this really made our vacation not what we were expecting.

This condo had a beautiful ocean front view and bayside view for sunsets! We enjoyed close access to ice cream shops (Dodo’s was so good!), Nick’s Mini Golf, pizza, and a Food Lion and Rite Aid for groceries and necessities. The condo was super clean and came with a starter kit of TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, and soap. Lots of clean towels and the beds were comfy. We had a wonderful stay and went to the beach and pool every day! About a 10 min drive to the boardwalk if you want to stroll it for a day. Assateague Island also worth a day trip! We love Ocean City, Maryland!

Condo was definitely a nice condo, but did have some issues. Bathroom was not cleaned prior to our stay. The shower had hair all over it and toilet had sanitation label on toilet but toilet had hair and toilet paper in the the toilet. The entry code was definitely not the safest bc on multiple occasions we accidentally hit the wrong number and it still let us into the room. Lastly, right after we got there a man let himself into the room while we were on the balcony to do an inspection of the room, which felt very inappropriate that he would just let himself in after we checked in. He should’ve done it prior to us coming, if it needed or should have waited for us to answer a knock at the door. Lastly, you could tell the sheets on the pull out couch had not been washed in a long time, which was kind of gross. Other than that the view from the condo was perfect and we had an overall great trip.

We were thrilled with the condo and the location. The condo was great- super supplied & the perfect ocean front property. It was amazing waking up and walking out to ocean views every morning. We loved the ease of taking our young children to the beach without crossing the road and being able to run back upstairs for forgotten items with ease. We saw dolphins several days and even got a preview of the upcoming air show as the jets we’re practicing right overhead! The washer and dryer in the condo made all the difference. We are already planning our visit for next summer!

My wife and I had the last week of April/first few days of May off and decided to rent this condo after reading the reviews. It did not disappoint. Clean and had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful location and front row balcony view of the Atlantic. Cannot be beat for ease of access to everything in the off-season.

Only disappointment was it didn't have central air. That was fine for the weather now but we wouldn't stay there in the summer.

We enjoyed the view from the 8th floor. Most rooms had been redone and were comfortable. The cushions on one sofa and the rocking b could be replaced. Two small burners on the stove, left rear, did not work. The toilet float needs to be adjusted so water does not leak internally.

I have missed the shore area due to the Co-Vid outbreak. My first priority was an ocean view. I checked the reviews. Then, I booked it. Clean, comfortable, convenient. As my first trip in several years, perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was even better than the pictures. It was clean & well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, Cozy & Clean! Giving 5 Stars for cleanliness is difficult for someone who is a compulsive cleaner; however, this property certainly comes very close. Thank You! I'm glad I found this one and will definitely stay again.

Always a wonderful experience to be in OCMD during the cooler months. This place was well stocked, super clean, and lots of beds. Thank you for a great time!! Also has both type of coffee pots if you are like me and want to know!!

The condo was beautiful, fully stocked and a great balcony with a great view. Would totally book again. Comfy beds and furniture! Loved everything about it. (just needed a wine opener)
