Is what it is.

Was upgraded due to boiler.

No TV remotes for two tvs. Had to clean the shower. The price for the passes £22 and for a child £17. The noise of the water at the lake was overwhelming. Also messaged twice about the TV with no replies was told if called would of sorted.. called all morning when leaving to ask about keys no answer. No really close to much.

The springs in the mattresses were uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep

Very good

Great stay and plenty of room for a family. so close to skegness you can get the bus or Taxi.

The Shower is really hot and you can't cool it down so be careful if have little children. Apart from that everything else was fine.

Superb

Perfect size for family. In the perfect location to visit all of skegness. The caravan has clearly been well used with some staining on the furnishings and odd cups and dishes in the kitchen, but it was clean, with nice clean bedding and was perfect for an affordable trip away. We defiantly stay again.

Was hard to find at night as we checked on late, but the staff were helpful on the phone. The beds went the not the most comfortable.

trip was good minus caravan issues being down graded from 3 to a two

we didn’t get to see it as we was moved to a down graded one. should of been 3 bedroom vintage 53 ended up with a 2 bed which was bit dated, on Maple lake.

wasn’t the one we booked, dated,no bins in caravan, some of the lights wasn’t working. should of been a 3 bedroom but they gave us a two which was in inconvenient.

absolutely loved it.

how it was based in a nice area, quite and peaceful with plenty of room to yourself.

the cushion on the sofa were pretty dirty and could do with a clean. also the kettle wasn’t working

brilliant will be booking this property again soon.

excellent facility, had everything you needed for your stay. we especially liked where the caravan was on the site it was nice and quite and had a nice grass area outside to play on for the children. The van was lovely and clean and the shower was nice and spacious as sometimes they can be a bit of a squeeze!. plenty of cutlery,pots and pans etc for a family of 5 it was perfect with the 3 bedrooms and two toilets will definitely stay again 😀

Ideal for going into Skegness and fairly close to supermarket

Bit musty smell but not bad after spraying with air freshner no freezer so limited for food to buy,radiators in rooms pretty useless
