THE LOCATION Welcome to your home away from home! Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer. Become a local by visiting all the family-owned restaurants and bars on and off the island. Join in with kayaking, fishing, and nearby golf courses. Ocean Isle Beach offers plenty of activities for kids of all ages. Our favorites are the Museum of Coastal Carolina and the Town Center Park’s splash pad! Best of all, being 2nd row means the beach is only a 1-minute walk away and the ocean views are breathtaking! PROPERTY DETAILS This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), and outdoor shower. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. There are large decks with beautiful views on each floor as well. The first floor den and the second floor living area make this home very spacious. The kitchen is equipped for large families with two refrigerators and two dishwashers! To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. The elevator makes this house handicap friendly. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry to make the check in and check out process effortless! One four-seater street legal golf cart will be included for all stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024. BEDDING & BATH CONFIGURATIONS First Floor: Room 1: King with full bath Room 2: (2) Sets of Twin Bunk Beds with full bath Room 3: Queen, Queen with full bath Second Floor: Room 4: Queen with full bath Room 5: Queen, Twin, full bath IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is an additional $100 per night with a 3 night minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th. Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose. Pets are not allowed at this property. Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30. Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property inside our outside. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance! We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay. We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out. Free Wifi

The rooms were laid out great. Beds comfy…. Everything we needed. Nice view of the ocean. With our group of kids ranging from 17 years old to 26 it was incredible. The two refrigerators came in handy and the ice maker downstairs keep us supplied with ice for our evening cocktails. The pool was heaven after a long day on the hot beach. Pool water was refreshing and cool. We loved it. The north end of the island was great with a beautiful tide pool when the tide went out. Definitely suggest going there if the ocean is too rough. Golf cart was also a great addition!!!! We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again next year!!! Only complaint we had was the upstairs TV in the living room. It had a hard time keeping a good internet connection and the streaming stop on the regular. They might look at getting a WiFi extender to fix that. But that’s the kids complained about at all! Definitely don’t hesitate choosing this place!!! Ocean Isle has a great low key laid back vibe. See you next year!!!

This was a great house in a great location. Had everything we needed to make our vacation stay a vacation! The views of the ocean were steller. Having morning coffee on the balcony seeing and hearing the ocean was a treat. We all loved the pool to relax in and the outdoor shower was a perk

Perfect house!

Perfect house!

We loved this house. Great location, great view. Tons of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and there were nice little touches everywhere. The kids loved the pool.
