Beautiful, clean spacious room with excellent modern bathroom and shower. Was cleaned every day and bed was large and comfortable. Riccardo and Sara were great hosts and we were welcomed with lots of Venetian goodies and a bottle of Prosecco. Great location for exploring Venice and close to restaurants and St Marks Square. We absolutely loved it and will definitely rebook in the next 18 months.
Nothing- it was absolutely fabulous.

Like almost every review mentions, Ricardo was an absolute gem! He was so attentive and helpful and kind. The room itself is spotless and so much detail was put into making guests feel comfortable and welcomed, including a bottle of Prosecco!!! The location is in an alley which allowed it to be more quiet than I would imagine others. And yet it was just a few steps away from a plethora of restaurants and bars and everything you need. Would recommend!

The location was amazing. Walking distance everywhere, between the two biennale locations and next to an amazing coffee shop for breakfast- Majer. Ricardo and his sister were amazing. Very nice! In the room there is literally nothing they didn't think of: slippers, silverware, water, juice, cookies, ear plugs (we didn't need them), enough hangers (!!!)and much more. I will DEFINATELY stay here again!
Nothing!
