The Residenza is beautifully appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and well maintained. The staff is delightful and so helpful.

Can't really think of anything. The entrance is a little hard to find? Other than that, pretty much perfect.

Lovely room, nicely decorated.
Good location. Ricardo gave clear instructions how to get there, even checking to see if how were arriving & telling us where to get off the waterbus.
Lovely touch having treats in the room.
He even held on to our bags after we checked out so we could explore more.
Highly recommend.

I loved this property! It’s so convenient to everything. The room is absolutely beautiful. There was a bottle of champagne and sweet treats. Loved it!
