Sehr schön und gepflegt und nicht weit von der Autobahn entfernt und daher leicht zu finden!

In den Essensautomaten wäre ein Frühstück toll gewesen

Their staff is very helpfull and commuicative, location is close to the bus stop. Stuff is proviided very well.

May be need more to be neater in cleaning the bed, however overall we are happy to stay here.

Schöne Zimmer aber beim Service wird gespart

Schönes und modernes Zimmer nahe Stadtzentrum. Kleine Küche mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sowie Geschirr Ausstattung zum Kochen. Mit dem ÖV bestens erreichbar. Bushaltestell 1 min von Hotel entfernt. Im 10 min Takt fahren Busse in Richtung Bern Hauptbahnhof, Fahrzeit 8 min. Aldi nebenan.

Check-in ist elektronisch, ebenso alle Türenzugänge. Wenn es funktioniert, ist das super. Wenn nicht wie bei meinem Kollegen, dann muss man sich ab 21 Uhr (Reception nicht mehr besetzt) mit einem Automaten abgeben oder - wie in unserem Fall - telefonisch mit dem Pikettdienst. Bis wir in unser Zimmer konnten, dauerte es 25 min. Am Morgen um 7 Uhr hatte es kein warm Wasser zum duschen.

Wederom goede accommodatie

Net buiten de drukte van de stad met een Aldi om de hoek. Nette, ruime en schone kamers en goede bedden. Online check-in/out werkt uitstekend.

Geen warm water gehad in ochtend dus een koude douche. Was vorige keer wel op orde.

Great place to stay in central Bern

Spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable rooms in central Bern. The bus stop is a few minutes away from the hotel, and it takes you directly to the main train station in 7 minutes.

The coffee machine didn't work properly (but I guess I am just not lucky enough!). Early check-in isn't possible.

・建物自体が非常に新しいため、非常にきれいだった。・バス停や安いスーパーまでが非常に近かった。

・ツインルームを予約していたはずですが、ダブルベットになっていた。（追加料金の発生はないため問題なし）・スイス式なのかもしれませんが、バススペースに仕切りがないのが気になりました。（気を付ければ水漏れしませんが）・ランドリーの使い方が丁寧に準備されているとさらに良いと思いました。

If you are going to have an online check-in system please provide a phone to call the emergency number

The room itself was lovely.

There is no reception outside the hours of 9am-8pm. Myself and my friend arrived at 11pm and the online check-in service was not working and we couldn’t activate our room key card. After over an hour of trying and not being able to call the emergency number I thought we were going to have to sleep in the lobby. Thankfully a lovely young woman came in after midnight and was able to call from her phone. The staff were very unapologetic. If you are going to have an online check-in system please provide a phone to call the emergency number. Our key card also stopped working after the first night and we only found out after a full day of exploring at 7:50pm so thankfully could be reset before reception closed. I was so stressed it was going to happen again we made sure we were always back at the apartment before 8pm every night thereafter.

The room is very nice, it including everything you may need. Staff is very friendly, value for money.

If the bed is king size would be better, but it only a small issue.

Great place to stay in Bern, recommended!

Very modern rooms, has a complete kitchen + microwave. Much like a studio apartment. There is a supermarket and bus stop right infront of the building.

The AC was not on, but since the week we we're there was not too hot, it was fine.

Good value convenient hotel

We had a studio with a kitchenette so we could make our own breakfast. The parking is good and reasonable value at 20CHF per night (EV charging is 10CHF more). There is a supermarket and a curry restaurant within walking distance. The bus stop is less than 5 mins walk and there are frequent buses into the city centre.

No major negatives. A bit functional but it all works well. No catering and the few vending machines were uninspiring. The location feels a bit remote but is actually well connected to town and is just off the motorway.

Great value for money

The rooms were so clean and nicely furnished. Very practical layout and the kitchenette had everything you would need for a longer stay. The bathroom is a nice size with large shower. The room was dark and quiet at night. The parking is underneath the property and at €20/pn very cheap. The city tax you pay allow for free transport on the public transport. Although 3km from the old city bus 101 pass every 10min in front of the big Aldi and takes about 10min to arrive on the edge of the old city. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Gym close by if needed.

I was asked to check in online, but they still made me check in at the desk. First room given had a broken window and I was told they would send a technician instead of just giving me another room.

this accommodation is perfect! clean, modern, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, aldi is right there in case you need anything, perfect place!

Comfortable aparthotel with nice common spaces and excellent staff.

Excellent staff, great facilities (lounges, coffee machines…) and comfortable room.

Near a highway/skatepark, can get a bit noisy if you leave the window open.
