Great location, comfortable stay.

Location, very close to tram and train station, mall and dining places. Appt was spacious and comfortable with most amenities available. Tina at reception was very helpful and polite and approachable even after hours.

In unit washing and drying would have been helpful. Also house cleaning every other day. Although upon request appt was cleaned on our 3rd day.

Exceptional Stay in Bern

This was a great place to stay. The apartment was spacious, quiet and comfortable, had easy, convenient parking, and was located close to both a tram and a train. With a large kitchen with stove top and refrigerator, we were able to prepare breakfast and dinners in the apartment and thus save money. A supermarket was located close by. And it was very easy to reach downtown Bern. I believe the train took about 6-8 minutes(?). The tram took a bit longer (15-20 minutes?) but it ran quite often and became our primary means of going into the city. This was a big plus for us because we were able to park the car and not drive during our stay. I especially want to thank Tina for answering all my questions before our arrival, arranging our city mass transit passes, and meeting us to give us the keys and show us the apartment. Thank you Tina! We would definitely like to stay here again if we ever return to Bern.

We really enjoy our stay and fit our style of vacation.

I like the location, easy to get into highways, train and tram services, grocery stores and local restaurants, and parking. I also like the layout of the apartment and hostess were friendly and useful with require information.

I would have an extra clothe and cleaning spray to clean the dinning table and accessories.

I recommend it to everyone

The hosts were extremely kind We were late, but the hosts were extremely accommodating and I can't thank them enough. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. As we travel by car, the location was excellent...in the suburbs of Bern, close to all highways. The host provided us with a free tram ticket for all days of our stay in Bern. The garage was provided for an extra charge, which is very positive.

Everything was fine. The only misunderstanding was about the dishwasher. The offer stated that there was a washing machine, but it was not. There wasn't even a place where we could dry the dishes, so we had to wipe them immediately after washing. When you come home after a whole day of walking and hiking, it's not very pleasant to spend another hour washing and drying dishes instead of going to bed and having washed and dry dishes waiting for you the next day. It is a bit unusual that they do not change your towels for a stay of 6 days. It is the host's policy to change your towels only if you stay for 7 days or more, which, in my opinion, is still a bit too much. There is an option to use the laundry, but....we are on vacation after all

Very nice place to stay

Apartment is nice. Comfortable for two people also. Nice balcony as well. Next to Westside shopping mall. Public transportation is also just a minute or two minutes walk.

Shower in the bathroom is not good as either comes with cool water or fully hot water. Adjusting hot and cold water is not so smooth.

AWESOME, CONVENIENT AND FRIENDLY

The apartment is super comfy and the place is strategic, the tram was just located right by the building. That made it super convenient for us to go around Bern, the staff Mrs Micheala is super friendly and helpful, plus they gave us free passes to use the public transportations around Bern city for our period of stay. It was great choice to stay there, if i ever come to Bern again, i will definitely choose here again 🤗

Better than I thought it would be.

I think everything’s really nice. it’s a very recommended place to stay for travelers who temporarily come to Bern for work purposes.

None. Well, if any, maybe the TV programs because they don’t have English subtitle. But we seldom watch TV.

Exceptional

The room is so great with beautiful view and neighborhood. It's quiet and peaceful. Many restaurants and convenient store in the walking distance. It's quite near the train station.

Lovely place.

Very close from the westside mall, free parking place for the whole stay, free tickets for the tram, buses and trains inside Bern, lovely place , people and stuff, close from a playground area where children can release thier energy, large apartments, I would highly recommend it for big families.

The two-bedroom apartment was very close to the tram which makes it a bit noisy if you open the windows, the one-bedroom is fine and very quiet. At first we felt a bit strange because of the place as it is for carrying elderly people.

Near to westside shopping centre.

One bathroom is not enough. Complicated check in and check out.
