Arrived late wet and cold. Was friendly dry warm and comfortable

The location was good and it was nice and quiet.
The fellow working there seemed to be completely alone with everything, you could see he was trying but obviously was overworked…checking us in, cleaning the rooms, stocking the community room/kitchen.
The rooms were comfortable, but not thoroughly cleaned and were not updated at all. The beds were clean but didn’t look made like you’d see typically in a hotel.
