Good location, close to metro line. Brand new bathroom area very nice. Self checkin, so you can arrive anytime.
Kitchen features could improve, there is only 1 microvawe for cooking, basic things are there like fork,knife, cups, dishes. . Common fridge and hoods coul be a plus

Clean and tidy room. The area wasn't bad at all and close to the Uribarri metro station. With an exit uphill which get you to the hostel in a very short walk.
Quiet and peaceful for a short stay
It is located quite a hilly area. However, there are Escalator on the street and metro to help you to get there if you have issue to walk up hill.
The area is more like a residential area and a bit further away from town (15 minutes-ish). However, Bilbao is a relative small city to walk around.
The under bed locker assigned to me was broken.
There were no on-site of staff at the hostel. Check in and everything is done through messaging them.
It was a strange atmosphere for solo traveller. The vibe was dead and don't feel like you can get something social going.
