Hands down, it is an amazing property. The bed are ..aaahhh. high quality bedding, rooms are clean, room service fast and professional.
The cons were the long wait to check-in (if they're understaffed, they should move to a self-check in system) and I should have been given room options. My room was at the very end of a long hall, with a view of the parking lot. If given the option, I would have requested a better view.
