Stayed here for 2 nights and honestly if I come back to Madrid, I'd stay here again without even looking anywhere else.
The location is probably the best part. You're literally close to everything. We walked almost everywhere and never felt like we were far from anything we wanted to see or do.
When we arrived, they had told us the apartment was ready, but the cleaning lady was still finishing up and mopping. Not a huge deal though because the apartment was very clean once she was done.
Customer service was great. They were super responsive on WhatsApp and helped us with every little thing we needed. The safe wasn't working when we got there, and they came and replaced it right away.
The area felt very safe, and overall we had a really comfortable stay. Would 100% stay here again.
