There is a both sides of a duplex and another half duplex next door in the center of the Art District in Gatlinburg. These two story units have 9 bedrooms (sleeps 21), four sleeper sofas in the living rooms (sleeps 8), and common areas (media rooms) with a full sleeper sofa and another twin sleeper sofa , and two trundles (sleeps 6). So - the unit can sleep a total of 35 people in beds! There is a game room, and there are three large decks attached to each room that look over the Great Smoky Mountains (nine decks total). The master bedrooms have their own decks, the living/ dining rooms have a deck, and the two bedrooms and the game/media rooms downstairs are all attached to a large deck. There are two off street parking spaces per unit, and a third space per unit can be requested and approved by the Property Manager. This property has a steep driveway, so please be careful backing up or pulling in. Large vehicles will work better.
