La ubicación
Las ventanas al ser viejas dejan entrar demasiado ruido.

Location was great.
The online check-in didn’t work for ages and I had to call for help.
There was no door on the shower, so the bathroom floor got soaked whenever we showered.
While mainly clean, there was hair in many surfaces when we arrived.
Hair dryer didn’t work.
Iron was dirty and ruined one of our shirts.
Only 3 or 3 pieces of cutlery/crockery (we were a family of four).
Lots of damage in property (cracked tiles and holes in walls).
Only a thin sheet in beds - it was COLD! No instructions for eating or any other appliances.
