Comfortable and fully equipped apartment with PRIVATE PARKING close to the beach. Beautiful and quiet area of the city, few meters away from metro station and bus stops. It is surrounded with supermarkets, restaurants/cafeterias, pharmacies and a shopping center with movie theater in original version.THE SPACE:This luminous and comfortable, air-conditioned apartment is situated near the beach area in Vila Olímpica neighborhood, close to Born and Ciutadella Park.
The apartment is ideal for families with children, couples or digital nomads looking for a quiet place to work at. If you come by car or you have rented one, this place is ideal as it has private parking included.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 3 bedrooms with 2,5 bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 Double size bed with AC
Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC
Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC and a double sofa bed
*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*
2 Full bathrooms with shower and WC + 1 Toilette with WC onlyFACILITIES:Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher

Near the area you will find the Olympic Port with many options for restaurants and leisure activities. Also in the area you will find The Ciutadella Park, considered one of the city's lungs, hosting The Barcelona Zoo and the Parliament. Great place to relax, walk or excercise outdoors.

Really solid choice for exploring Barcelona, the parking works but it is super tight, we had a medium size SUV and made it work but was an experience. Dani was super helpful at checking in, even at 11 PM arrival time. The apartment is spacious and the multiple bathroom and showers made it a comfortable experience. Coffee and jamón ibérico sandwiches at the cafe downstairs are a huge plus every morning.

Just had a great visit with 5 friends. Its a lovely, comfortable home in a great location

Disappointed. 8 years ago the same 6 of us stayed in the same apartment for 1 week. We thought it was a nice, well equipped, clean unit in a great location. This time we found a couple of things not working and the unit poorly equipped. The drinking water tap was broken requiring us to buy all of our water. The second shower leaked so badly under the door we could not use it. After the first use, the clothes dryer failed even though we were told it was new. No supplies. No salt or pepper, no ice, coffee filters, dish rags or towels. no clothes soap or dish soap. No kleenex. 4 rolls of TP for 6 people/ 8days. 1 towel per person, no wash cloths. Apartment is in a great location and overall is a nice unit. It needs more attention from the owners/management. Also much more expensive this time.
