The location is in Chinatown with many eating options in the area. The apartment was clean and very spacious with laundry facilities and a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable.
The team was very responsive, they responded immediately when we gave them a feedback that the compressor was noisy. It was resolved instantly.
My only gripe would be the shower head holder. It would not stay up as the suction was not strong enough. And they didn't provide shower/bath gel. Very small issues in general.

clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. Plus LOCATION. Also safety, the building is secure and you need a fob to enter. Felt very safe. Would definitely be rebooking this place when in Montreal. Highly recommended. The hosts are super responsive and helpful.
Nothing, everything was super.

The check in process is complicated and the heating in one room is not working…
Bathroom is very small and without hook for clothing. There is no shower soap…
