Location was very good to access the old city and parking was right around the corner. Rooms were clean with a nice kitchen set up (full kitchen). Nice new showers. Pretty spacious with bed at one end, small eating table area and kitchen. Good AC.
This is a digital access property. Access instructions were to be emailed in advance and they weren’t. A woman from the ground floor restaurant gave us a phone number and then someone texted me the codes. If you are an international traveller like my friends you would be out of luck without an ability to receive text or email. Thankfully a kind woman had a phone number contact. Second it’s in the middle of Chinatown and nothing seemed available other than Chinese takeout. We asked other people. Suggest you eat in the old city as there is little else other than takeout Chinese in the area.

I’ve been here a couple times and I love that the room is clean, the location is great because it’s walking distance to the places I need to be! There’s a parking lot right behind the hotel so, I can just walk anywhere I want to! I love it! Plus, it’s easy to check in and check out!

The apartment itself is very good. Nothing to complain about. Location is excellent for moving around the city and having everything necessary within reach.
Location is excellent, as I said, but the area felt a little unsafe, especially after dark. Also, don’t count that, simply because they say an early checkin is possible, that it will happen, so make sure to double check with them and plan ahead.

Spacious. Clean. It does its job to have a base to explore montreal from.
They call themselves a hotel, but it is in fact an appartment. You dont get to see any staff. In order to go to the place from the old port, there are only 2 ways and each of them make you pass by homeless people, who were obviously onto something. This didn't make us feel very safe, especillay with our kids.
No dark curtains in the living room, where the sofa bed is...
