Location was great and access to parking was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Rate paid was acceptable compared to other hotels nearby.
The only negative was a call I received in my room on my second day. It was an "agent" from reservations saying my form of payment had to be confirmed. This person had my surname, room number and the type of card my partner used to pay the room. I immediately thought this was suspicious and asked if we could speak french. He replied he could not, even though we were staying in Montral. I then asked if I could go down to Reception and clear up this matter with the agents there. He replied this was not possible as he "worked at a different location". I then hung up and went down to reception to report this to the front desk agent. He told me he would mention this call to his manager. No further calls were received but I was a bit shocked at the information he had on the original phone call.

I didn’t like the location very much.
The carpets of the room weren’t cleaned. The bathroom got clogged. Also the elevators weren’t working properly.
