Great rooms, great staff and amazing facilities … with an added bonus of the ground floor food hall, bar and stage. Food was very good.
Only a very minor … slightly out of town (about 15 min walk) … but the walk into town ticks off some of the main attractions !!

Excellent location, very child friendly with a lovely play room on the first floor. Spacious rooms that were surprisingly well sound proofed - we were right above the band playing on Saturday night and could hardly hear it. Fantastic food options downstairs and nearby.

I cannot find anything out of the ordinary. An okay stay - with ok staff from time to time. The hotel (and concept) is original and beautifull. But the service is...
Breakfast was horrible and the concept is crazy - you dont get breakfast, but 75 Zlothy to buy for. So if you are hungry - breakfast is included and if you do not eat much or do not like it - you just pay a lot for nothing. The rooms and place are beautifull - but do not forget the keycard - cause you cannot get around in there. My son forgot (we only got 3 cards for 5 people) - he is 10 and speaks english well but he was trapped in the reception and could not get to the room OR the place we eat breakfast. The location is quite good. But I would deeply recommend old town hotels - you get a LOT more service, better breakfast and service and far better location. I do not understand how is rated so high. The foodhall is not part of the hotel and some of the places - especially the bar is really bad service. My daghter who is 23 should show ID - and thar is okay. But from then it is a farce. I go to the bar - like 1 minut after - and even though they decided my daugther could not bay - we have to wait in line for an extremely long time - so the food gets cold. And the bar staff is arrogant. U can check out every review I have made - under google it is KROX (from DK) so you can see I am usually both realistic and fair in my judgement. And this was crazy. I will not recommend this hotel or place to eat to anyone. Stay in the old town - eat breakfast at Pomelos (really good) and enjoy the cityllife and many shops.
