About this house rental

Nestled in Kings Beach, this lovely house for $150 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. "Camp STAR-Lite" National Park themed, bright and sunny, south facing, one-bedroom, front unit of ranch-style duplex in easy downtown location in walking distance to the beach! This unit features new luxury vinyl throughout, newer appliances including a new dedicated washer & dryer in the laundry room. Gas range and oven, extra-deep double basin kitchen sink with pull-down sprayer. 10-in-1 AirFryer/Toaster/etc instead of a microwave. Herringbone butcher-block countertops and pearlescent tile backsplash. Bright Fiestaware dishes, copper touches, and pots and pans for your cooking pleasure. Furnishings are a mix of old and new and give the space a homey and cozy vibe. Plush velvety throw pillows and bedding, a new 40" smart TV, handmade coffee table, and deep comfortable couch. Gas fireplace for warming up on colder nights. Home sleeps 2-4 guests with a Queen bed in the single bedroom plus a Queen Aero Bed for use in the living space upon request. The bathroom was just updated with digital, thermostat-controlled, heated flooring and a deep bathtub for soaking. Oversized 60" in vanity and blue glass Herringbone decorative tiles on the wall. Beach chairs and blanket as well as 2 kayaks may be available for guest use at times during the summer (ask host). Home is located walking distance to Kings Beach State Park (8 minute walk or 2 minutes by car). Private patio just off the laundry room with teak bistro set up for 2 guests to enjoy coffee or to dine al fresco in the summer. Although we do not have a dedicated work space, many of our guests have enjoyed working right from the sunny dining table or out on the patio. Parking for one car with guest parking upon request. The patio is only available in the summer due to ice and snow. A/C will be provided when outside temps exceed 70 degrees during the day as seasonally appropriate otherwise, oscillating fans will be provided. SLEEPS 2-4 in 2 Beds BEDROOM: 1 Queen Bed LIVING ROOM: Air Matress, Queen PETS: 1 pet for $85 + tax per stay (under 30 nights), 2nd pet for an additional $50 + tax per stay (under 30 nights). Fees are not prorated. OCCUPANCY: 2 Adults, Additional Guests $35 per person per night plus tax. Not prorated. Transient Occupancy Tax: 12% (Listed as "Resort Fee") STR23-7920 TOT 83353

The house was so adorable and it was spotless. I have stayed in some sketchy places at Tahoe but Stephanie and Duane have gone out of their way to make this little gem so comfortable and it met every need. It was quiet and comfortable. I also loved that they let my dog stay.

We had a very nice stay here! Their attention to detail was great. Very clean, very cozy. Full kitchen and best of all walking distance to the beach and places to eat. Plan to go back again.
