Muy amplio, muy cómodo...la cama y almohada de 10...la playa un poco retirado, la comida en la zona genial...hacer museos está súper bien ...bus cerca, cómodo y circular, te llevan a todos los sitios...muy concurrida la zona...
Al baño le faltaba un poco más de limpieza, por decir algo

Apparts très bien placé, pas loin d'Ortiga et pour autant pas au milieu des attractions touristiques. tout est neuf ou presque ce qui est agréable, lit, salle de bain etc.
le café du petit déjeuner est juste à coté mais tout petit, plein de monde et pas très agréable. il faut savoir que les apparts se trouvent au dessus d'un carrefour très emprunté et donc très très bruyant tôt le matin jusqu'à tard le soir.

Pokój nowocześnie urządzony, duży, z dużą łazienką. Wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Super lokalizacja, 1500m do starego miasta Ortigia. Jeździliśmy do plaży Spiaggia dell'Arenella, piękna plaża ze żwirkowym piaskiem i czystą wodą. Śniadania w pobliskich barach, bez rewelacji (czarna kawa i słodka lub słona bułka na osobę). Parking przy ulicy, czasami ciężko było znaleźć miejsce, ale to centrum miasta więc zrozumiałe.
Pobrano mi przed przyjazdem pieniądze za pobyt z karty, gdzie były zawarte wszystkie opłaty i nie było dodatkowej informacji, że obiekt może pobrać za podatek turystyczny. Jednak po przyjeździe nakazano nam zostawić przy opuszczaniu pokoju w gotówce za podatek turystyczny. Policzono 28E za 2 osoby i 3 noce, gdzie w poprzednich miejscach za takie same pobyty płaciliśmy maksymalnie 15E. Kwota nieduża, ale niesmak pozostał. Śniadania też skromne, do kawy cappuccino trzeba było już dopłacić, chyba lepiej było by znaleźć coś bez opcji śniadań i kupować sobie co się chce.
