Nestled in Traverse City, this attractive condo for $230 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. After a full day of sight seeing and adventuring you will love to come home to our comfortable cozy condo located in the city limits of beautiful Traverse City. The Blue Heron is perfectly located across the street from West Grand Traverse Bay where you will want to play at the beach and sip wine as you experience the beautiful sunsets. We are a short walk to all of Traverse City's unique shops and wonderful restaurants. A scenic drive will take you out to the award winning wineries on Old Mission Peninsula and the Leelanau Peninsula. A bike ride on the 10 mile TART trail is awaiting you right out your door. Your children will enjoy a day of play at F&M park while you grill your dinner on the many grills provided directly across the street. Traverse City and the surrounding area has an endless list of adventures for you to explore including: golfing, boating, casinos, bike/boat, kayak , SUP rentals, hiking trails and cultural activities such as Interlochen Center for the Arts, Old Town Playhouse, not to mention our National Lake Shore just a short drive away. Our comfortable cozy condo is fully stocked for your convenience. We have wood floors on the main level with a nice balcony to enjoy morning coffee. The spacious kitchen overlooks the main living area and is fully equipped with a full range and oven, a microwave and new dishwasher. We also supply a coffeemaker and a kuerig along with a full pantry. We are happy to provide a large smart TV with High Speed Fiber Optics Internet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with their own private bath, queen bed, and TV. The primary bedroom also has patio doors to a nice balcony. Across the street is a large perfectly maintained public park with playground equipment and several grills. Also, right out of our building door is a large bike rack. As the new owner of the Blue Heron, we want to assure all of our guests that you will continue to receive high quality service. We also will try to accommodate flexible schedules so please email for information about variable stays. This is our 2nd time at this condo. We started getting away with another couple years ago. This condo is great! Clean, up to date decor, location and the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Lisa with the check in/out instructions was smooth. Thank you Kathy, hopefully our dates next year work out to stay here.

The blue heron condo was very well stocked with supplies and amenities. Almost everything we could have needed for our stay and then some as there. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. It is walking distance to most of downtown making for lovely walks to the beaches. The kids loved the park across the street. We were very comfortable during our stay.

We loved our stay at the condo. Everything was super clean. The manager met us and went over everything and gave suggestions of where to eat and was very helpful. Location was perfect for all the day trips we did. Condo was equipped for all the cooking we did. Would definitely stay again.

Carolyn the owner was quick to respond to my inquiries. Lisa the property manager gave a detailed tour which was great, not having to spend 20 minutes the first day looking for a toaster before being fully caffeinated was a joy. The property is in a great location, easy walk to town and the beach. Our favorite beach is Volleyball beach. Wineries just a short drive away. We will definitely be back.

The condo was ideal for our family, with plenty of room and comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was ideal for exploring Traverse City on foot as well as taking day trips to other areas. We were very satisfied.

Great place! Book it! Clean, great location, roomy, well-stocked and very friendly and attentive manager and owner. Both communicated with me in a timely manner. I really cannot think of a thing to complain about. We had 5 adults for a girls weekend/marathon & perfect size for our group. I highly recommend & hope to stay here again.

My friends and I visit the TC area annually. This was our first time staying here and it will not be our last! Such a beautiful condo! You have everything you need there. If you forget something like shampoo she has it there. The place was spotless! I can’t say enough about this beautiful place. Lisa the manager was wonderful and met us at our check in time to give us a tour and good recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Within walking distance to downtown TC! Can’t wait to book again for our girls trip in the Fall!

This is a wonderful condo with lots of extra ammenities. It was more spacious than anticipated and far exceeded our expectations. Very clean and very comfortable. Perfectly located and surprisingly quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

The property manager Lisa made our weekend stay easy and care free. She greeted us, gave us a tour and made several recommendations of restaurants and sites to visit. The property was very clean, well stock and close to the beach and downtown. Plenty of room on both floors in this spacious condo. We will definitely return. Thank you Caolyn for being a gracious host and thanks to Lisa for making herself available our entire stay. Our weekend was filled with great memories that began at this beautiful property

Communications before the stay, at check in & during the stay were prompt, timely & helpful. The place was clean and well-apportioned. Comfortable, two en suite baths PLUS and extra half bath was very convenient. Walkable to downtown and the waterfront. Would stay again!
