Summary: Welcome to our modern and cozy condo, located just minutes from downtown Traverse City and Old Mission peninsula, home to award winning wineries and breathtaking views. This condo is conveniently located along the Traverse City TART trail, where you are a short bike ride or walk too many breweries, restaurants, and all that downtown Traverse City has to offer. The Space: This second-floor condo has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in the cherry capitol, Traverse City! Spacious open floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is more than enough space for an enjoyable stay with friends or family. Kick back in the living room and input your own username and password into any of the streaming service apps to binge watch your favorite shows, or relax on the patio with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. ** NO LIVE CABLE. STREAMING SERVICES ONLY** Walk into the master bedroom where you will find a cozy king bed (linens included) along with a flat screen TV. This room features a walk-in closet with an ensuite bathroom stocked with a couple rolls of toilet paper to get you started along with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In the guest bedroom you will find another cozy king bed (linens included) along with a flat screen TV. This room also features a walk in closet with an ensuite bathroom stocked with a couple rolls of toilet paper to get you started along with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also included is a full sized fold up mattress that can be used as a third bed.(linens included) Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants and favorite local hangouts. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, paper towel, dishwasher pods, dish soap, drip coffee and espresso maker). A few pods of coffee will be provided to get your vacation off on the right foot. Planning on staying a while? No worries there is a washer and dryer in the unit so you can wash your belongings. Some laundry pods will be provided. **Pack 'n Play and/or high chair available upon request** **If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean. Perfect location for our trip to Traverse City and the TC Curling Club. Comfortable and clean. Perfect for 2 couples. Smart TV for streaming Beds comfortable and plenty of space for 4 adults. Kitchen well stocked with small appliances (toaster, electric tea kettle) and dishes/towels needed. Paper towels, napkins, dish washer pods, dish soap, and salt and pepper in the kitchen but nothing else so bring anything food wise (spices, cooking oil etc) you will need. Door lock is tricky, you need to pull the door towards you to get it to work. We did not get a phone # to contact the management company so when we had trouble getting into the unit we had to call VRBO for assistance. Sink in one bathroom drains slowly but other than the door and sink, everything else seemed to work well. Would stay here again.

Easy checkin, procedures are clear and parking/entry is easy. Condo was clean, new, well appointed and very organized. Everything we needed was there and if we had opted to cook ourselves, I think we would have had everything necessary. WiFi and streaming were easy logins and bandwidth was fine for work and a few iPads. Only two things struck us as weird but they wouldn’t at all prevent us from renting again: 1) Barn door to primary bath from kitchen just seemed less than private but we’re all family so, well, deal with it people; and 2) we brought our black lab with us and while the building management does an EXCELLENT job of putting doggie waste bags and bins everywhere, there are SO many poop piles laying around the grounds that we would run her over to the trail as fast as possible to get away from it - really nasty. But that’s not at all tied to this listing nor within their control, just irresponsible pet owners.. This VRBO was perfect for us.

We had a great stay at this property! We had a small issue with getting in the building, but we’re able to get very quick help from the owner. The property was very clean, and I truly appreciated the easy check out process that didn’t require us to clean the co so before check out!
