The exposed reclaimed wood ceilings create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Historic floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms provide soft light throughout the day and full curtains give privacy in the evenings. - Unbelievable location; walk everywhere from this downtown location & enjoy a short walk to the river! - Spaces professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind. - Exposed brick walls and reclaimed wood shiplap ceilings. - Kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware. - Pack-n-play travel crib available for families with young ones. - Free laundry available in-home (washer/dryer/iron, detergent included gratis). - All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels, as well as complimentary toiletries (shower gel/shampoo/conditioner). Guest Access: Both entire luxury condos, are reserved for your exclusive use. The Neighborhood: This is located in a bustling, exciting, and often loud area of Savannah. Our home is in the best location in Savannah to experience all the area has to offer. Just blocks from all of the best restaurants and local businesses, whether you’re in town to dine, shop, or explore, this location puts the entire city at your fingertips. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience. Getting Around: The best way to get around is on foot. Our central downtown location means you can leave your car behind and walk everywhere! Other popular transportation options include ridesharing services, bike rentals, or public transportation. Off-street parking is available for the car lover. Other Things to Note: *IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. -We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. -We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. Interaction with Guests: You will have complete privacy here.
