Location, comfortable, breakfast was good!
We were on the fourth floor and the outside noise was too much. You could hear people talking, could almost hear what they were saying if you’d listened carefully. Cars and trucks going down the street.

Location - could walk to everything you need.
View from room ( Main Street plus bridge)
Plus size of Hotel, not to many floors. So getting outside didn’t take long based on elevator.
The fact of paying $50 extra for parking / Valet. Parking should be free based on the price of rooms. The hotel is small plus the lot is very small. Traffic or valet slow getting in and out. We had to wait several times leaving and returning to park, due to valet ( cars in the way ).
You should be able to park your own car, or have valet parking service as a choice.

The location was excellent
We had a room street side and the noise in the AM was atrocious
We certainly recommend getting the other side.
The parking is very pricey @ $48 per day
