Unfortunately we v left a suitcase behind and the help from the staff particularly Robert was amazing. He organised it to be couriered to us and then followed up regularly to keep us informed on the status of FedEx. Thank you so much for averting what could have been a disaster

Not much, location fine, food was a thumbs down!
Food precooked and kept warm. Not what I expected from a hi-end hotel. Was here some years ago and breakfast was outstanding, not this time! Some staff needed to be more pleasant.

Beautiful building, full of history, very comfortable room, everything clean and tidy.
Staff was very welcoming
The only but was breakfast because the person who attended us was not very friendly or helpful.

Staff was very welcoming at check in. Had a variety of wines to choose from.
They had alarm clocks in the room — neither house keeping or anyone else makes sure it’s turned off/reset between guests. Maybe it’s on me for not checking but it was set for predawn hours by someone - ruined my entire night. Staff in the morning was polite but indifferent
