Located in Panama City Beach, this lovely condo for $343 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Ground Floor condo that opens directly onto the best resort pool area in PCB. You will not want to leave once you step foot on Shores of Panama extra large 5 star pool area. The lagoon type pool covers a large part of the area along with a gulf side hot tub, two walk up bar areas with food and drinks. This pool area is not just concrete and a pool, we are talking about tropical landscaping with fountains, bridges and space galore. There is a private pool side area that faces east so you have a great view of gorgeous sunsets. This unit is beautifully decorated and was recently updated. It has one dedicated parking space and one additional space. It accommodates up to 8 guests. Furnished with 2 King beds, 1 twin bed with a twin trundle bed and a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room. Shores of Panama is centrally located on the east end of PCB. You are within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping areas, bars and the one of the best donut shops in town. Walmart is also within walking distance. One of the most famous restaurants in PCB, Pineapple Willy's is next door with gulf side seating on a deck that stretches over the sand almost to the water's edge. You are 10 minutes from all of the marinas in PCB for all of the fishing and boating fun. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect space and very clean! Fresh updated unit. The location is perfect and the pool area is beautiful. Nice not having to wait for elevator when we didn't mind walking from parking garage. Everything was amazing and we will definitely be staying again!

They only thing negative about location is the parking garage which I understand is not the condo owners fault. It was very nice being able to walk off balcony into pool area especially since we had family with mobility issues.

couch was horrible, I think it is time to be updated, door lock would not cooperate the first 5 times, to get in. Location was great, enjoyed staying on the 1st floor, hated parking deck, glad we didn't have to do the elevators, they were horrible on our last trip there.

My long-time friend and I enjoyed this property’s location. It was very easy to get out to the beach/pool. It was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to families, friends, or anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation.

Very convenient as far as having a pool & so close to the beach! We had a very short stay. The condo definitely didn’t get cleaned before our arrival and for the amount they charge for a cleaning fee I was very dissatisfied. Other than the mold , & cockroaches the location is amazing!

We’ve been going to Panama City for years and have always stayed at the Shores of Panama however this time we were very disappointed. When we arrived we had many problems and tried calling Brian many times with no answer. We were there for 5 days and he never responded to any of calls. The pictures do not look anything like the property and parking was terrible!

The condo was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. We didn't use the reserved parking as we were able to find a non reserved spot on the second floor. The patio was great. It was huge. The locked patio gate was very convenient to access the pool and beach instead of having the to use the front door. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking in the future.

Reviewer Comments: Other than the security at the resort, it was everything we had hoped for (nothing to do with this condo management, just the resort) The condo wasn't cleaned as well I would prefer but those poor cleaning people have a full plate with a short time frame so no real complaints here. Wasn't nasty or unlivable at all. We would book it again! :)

There were many conveniences such as bottom floor pool access from our room was very convenient. Having a gate close to our room was nice having security right outside our door all night. Having additional security to protect your family is always a plus. They were always very friendly and a pleasure to have around. They also allowed us to use the gate to unload and load as the parking was up a few floors and a ways to haul.

The thing we loved most about this condo was being able to walk right out to the pool from our room. It was super convenient. Great staff, and amenities! As a fellow landlord of rental properties, I have to point out that the room is right by the trash chute & dumpster and it’s loud. Be aware of that noise. Also, parking is a major pain. Super small parking spot and at the top of the 4th floor. The washing machine and master bathroom shower also had mold so they need a good cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the amenities.
