Breakfast was nice, but they got a few orders wrong, was told the breakfast is usually buffet style so not sure why it was taken as orders when I visited. Staff are lovely. Wasn't a fan of the food served at the sports bar but again this is apparently a new thing, it has room to grow.
Very firm mattress in my bedroom, didnt get the best sleep.

Spacious rooms, beautifully designed, good gym and spa and excellent breakfast. The facility is well maintained and managed.
I was expecting shampoo, conditioner and shower cap.

We had to change rooms. As the one we booked was drastically over priced for what it was.
Thankfully, the hotel was accommodating.
Cleanliness could have been better. But chalet was good, nice and spacious.
