- The staff (front desk, valets, food staff, bartenders, security) were all extremely pleasant and accomdating. They all would greet you as you were coming or going. So nice!
- The room was large, had good lighting, and nicely decorated. The curtains were nearly black out which made sleeping in great! The bed is very comfy!
- They allow dogs and you are able to keep your dog in the room if you have a kennel. The hotel doesn't provide anything for your dog, so bring all necessary care items for your pet!
- Valet parking is free!
- The rooms are soundproof. We could not hear our neighbors or barely any noise from the hallway.
- The bathroom and shower are very spacious and clean.
- Yes, it is a casino, so, yes, there is smoke. It did not affect our stay, but, just wanted to mention it in case smoke is a no-go for some people. The smoke is only in the casino part, not in the rooms. You can smell it as you walk thru the front doors as the casino is just past the front desk.
- The door that leads out to the pet relief area cannot be accessed to get back into the hotel. It looked like they were putting in a card reading pad while we were there, but I cannot be 100% certain of that. It was slightly inconvenient, but not a deal breaker.

Stayed 2 separate times. Brought my Stanley mug from the hotel both times. Filled with soda so I didn't have to use the tiny cups. Keeps me gambling. Last trip at around 3am a security guard told me I couldn't have my cup. News to me. I said ok. I had a broken toe at the time so I stopped to use the bathroom before I went back to the room. Security guard accused me of not following the rules and followed me limping until I got to the hallway to the rooms.
