Restaurant very good with plenty of choice and sensibly priced.

Location, which is very large and is also an upmarket caravan site, is quite remote and gated but beautiful and safe
No lifts. Our (beautiful) room was on second floor but steep staircases for elderly guests.
Staff kindly suggested taking a lower room for our nights 2 & 3 which we did .

Stayed in the Conway suite, it’s a wow factor as soon as you enter the room, views outstanding.
Staff, they went above and beyond to help with our requests. The owners a lovely man, he also was very kind and helpful, really good evening meal and breakfast. The room was amazing.

Great breakfast
Arriving on a Sunday at 5pm to be told no food to be served after 5pm. Had-to go out into the town struggled to find availability in a restaurant. Arrived back to the hotel before 8pm to everything closed not even able to get a drink it was very disappointing and ruined our stay.
