The room is actually a studio apartment with a kitchen, well equipped though I did not use it. Comfortable in the extreme, and located within walking distance of almost anything I wanted to do. Good a/c during a heat wave. When I had arranged a dinner at a restaurant quite a bit out of town, the wonderful owner arranged a taxi for me (as he did again when I was leaving). Parma is a wonderful city, and Palais Bernadette was the perfect way to explore. I will definitely stay here again, when I come back to this beautiful city.
There is nothing to say here; this hotel suited my purposes completely.

The room is excellent, very comfortable, and spacious. It’s conveniently located near the city center and not far from the train station. The staff was very friendly and always supportive.
We booked the room for its spaciousness, as we intend to work during our trip. However, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and extremely slow, even though we had an internet router installed in the room.
