Welcoming staff and a lovely clean hotel. The room had everything we required. The bathroom was small, which was okay, but there were a few things which needed addressing. The mirror was chipped and the paintwork near the bath needed attention.
The restaurant is lovely, although the pudding had a hair cooked into the biscuit. The grounds of the hotel are lovely. Very pretty and the car park was good as we arrived with a trailer (confirmed this was allowed prior to booking) there was plenty of room to park.
A lovely hotel, after 12 hours of travelling it was a relief to check into such a lovely place.
A place we will defiantly be retuning to!

Breakfast was wonderful with both the opportunity to serve ourselves from the buffet and order eggs and breakfast items from the menu. The setting on the Dee River is stunning. The employees were attentive and professional.

A great location for visiting the area , this hotel has been furnished in a modern style whilst acknowledging its history. A great breakfast and comfortable beds . What more can you ask for

A lovely hotel in a beautiful area along the River Dee. Attention to detail in the hotel and room were great. A very comfortable bed and a good size bathroom with lovely toiletries.
The food for dinner and breakfast was great quality and great service. Staff were all great. i'd definately stay here again.
