The front desk staff were so helpful in organizing our transportation to the cruise port during the parade with road closures, much appreciated!
We enjoyed the beautiful onsite bar and restaurant with the delicious breakfast items.

If you book this hotel with mindset of 4 star hotel it meets all the expectations. Since the property is advertised as 5 star it lacks in few things. The hotel is older and the rooms show it especially the bathrooms. There was dust around the side of bed and in some corner of the bathroom.
The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Incredible experience. The room was upgraded for our trip and it was so special. We ate at the restaurant and it was our best meal in Rome. Every detail was perfect.
