Close to the waterfront and restaurants! The property was clean and because we had a corner unit it was nice and sunny all day.
Everything was as expected.

The location was walking distance to Old Montreal and the parking - albeit a block away - was resonable and safe. The bed was comfortable and rooms were spacious and clean. Reception was very helpful and responsive.
We found the air conditioner (portable unit) very noisy and ineffective in cooling the bedroom. The interior wall unit seemed ineffective. the closet clothes bar was so high I could barely hang my items. The kitchen supplies were limited (1 expresso cup - there were two of us, no paper towels and tea towels provided to do dishes and there were no regular drinking glasses, just wine glasses and glass mugs)

- The hotel itself is generally nice and comfortable.
- The room was clean and everything was mostly functional.
- The location is convenient, and there are plenty of parking options nearby.
1. The room is already showing some wear: scratched flooring, a broken toilet seat, and some handles that do not close properly.
2. The hotel does not actually have its own parking. They simply rent parking spaces on a nearby street, which guests can also arrange themselves.
3. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but we had to wait until around 4:30 PM in the hallway while the room was being rushed to be cleaned. When we entered, the dishwasher was still running because the dishes had just been put inside.
4. The most disappointing part was what happened after checkout. The hotel contacted us asking about our stay. We honestly said that everything was generally fine, except for the delayed check-in. In response, they sent us a photo of a stained mattress cover and asked whether we had caused the stain.
We have absolutely no idea what the stain was or where it came from. We never lifted or inspected the mattress cover, so we had no way of knowing what was underneath the sheets. Being contacted afterwards and essentially being asked whether we had caused the damage was very uncomfortable and disappointing.
