Location in old Montreal was excellent, within easy walking distance of many interesting sights, restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff was professional, gracious, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable and quiet. We felt welcome and at home.

The location and restaurant/bar staff
We repeatedly reported the faulty spa bath in our room but nothing was done for the entirety of our stay. This meant we could only use the bath once per day and then wait until someone let the water out. Not ok. We repeated our dissatisfaction at check out and honestly the staff couldn’t have cared less
