The location is really good, and the unit was extremely clean. The management was responsive to requests for information and assistance before and during the stay.
The kitchen was minimally appointed…for example, there was no wine opener in the unit. In addition, the toilet required instruction. The toilet had a two button flush system, which, in the United States, means that one side is used for one purpose and the other side is used for a different purpose. Unfortunately, to get the toilet to clear after use, you depress both buttons. If you did not do so, the toilet didn’t flush properly. It would have been helpful to have those instructions upon arrival to avoid unnecessary worry and communication.

Excellent location relative to the Old Montreal sites.
Some of the furniture seemed a bit worn in. The beds weren’t that comfortable. One of the bedrooms overlooks an alley where trash is collected so not only the smell but also the trash collection truck coming at crazy hours in the middle of the night disrupted sleep.

Location of this place is just excellent for experiencing Old Montreal. The space was clean and nice with a great view and fantastic amenities - we really couldn't have asked for anything better.

Location
Noise. Our unit fronted on a narrow, congested alley at the rear of the building that was the site of 30 or so individual dumpsters that served surrounding restaurants and businesses.
Garbage trucks came by at 3:30 am and 6 am to empty the dumpsters, after they had first been dragged along the alley to the trucks. My wife and I were awakened each time this happened. We will not return.
