Excellent location. Had a minor issue at check in that was sorted quickly, also received complementary drinks for the inconvenience. Received a surprise upgrade when we checked in too which made the stay extra special. Would highly recommend. 😊 location excellent 👌

Holiday was centred around a music gig at the Bell Center so hotel was ideal. Staff werer really helpful and accomodating and not forget very polite. Thank you for a great stay.

The people were great and went above and beyond to help.
It was really noisy at the university, but they stopped at 9 p.m. on the dot.

Valets were professional and prompt.
Understaffed front desk, no concierge staff at their desk, understaffed and very slow service at breakfast restaurant. Dated rooms/facilities, needs significant updates. Coffee maker broken; fridge not cold; outlet locations not convenient for charging devices in room. Check in time rigidly at 3pm on the dot; therefore there was a long line and wait to check in. Poor customer service.
