Lovely big room and bed.
Couldn’t get anything but HOT water from the shower. Exterior of hotel blended into surrounding grey buildings, so we walked straight past it, at first. Had to retrace our steps (with heavy bags), considerably

Love the location, everything is close by. Breakfast was top tier, love the rooftop restaurant inside
i wish breakfast could close at 11 am on week days not 10 am because when you are on vacation you don't want to wake up early. Also, room service $40 extra, not fair to me.

Comfy room and bed. Room Service.
The reception staff were so rude. Not just to me but I witnessed this with other guests. I asked where I could get a SIM card having just arrived in the Canada and they couldn't help at all. I then found many places within a 5 min walk. They could have been more helpful. I wasn't told what time check out was or anything , which might explain why rooms are not ready for the next guests as virtually no information is given to the ones before.
