Good decision. Comfortable

Large bed very comfortable. Clean comfortable room. Coffee machine with pods provided. Shopping centre below (access from hotel) with food court and amazing supermarket. Close to metro stations. Short walk to Old Montreal and Chinatown. USB charging In bedside lights.

No lounge to sit in other than reception area. No outside space.

Ok, but not the greatest

The hotel is located centrally. That is very convenient. The interior is beautiful. The room was ok but the bathroom was very small, even tiny. My kids loved the swimming pool and breakfast.

En gros rencontre mes attentes

Ca fermait a 10:30 donc pas eu la chace d'en profiter. Et a la reception du resto : deux jeunes filles sur leurs telephone qui nous ont complètement ignoré et un air bête. Par contre je dois dire que c'est les seules dans tout le personel avec qui nous avons eu une interaction qui avaient cette attitude. Le "le valet parking " ainsi qu'a la reception ont vraiment été souriant et de service

La reception au dejeuner. Je m'attends au même genre de service qu'au resto le Bivouac Quelque chose comme " Bonjour Madame Mesieur Passé une bonne nuit " quelque chose de cordial

Great location. Walking distance to great attractions. Valet service is excellent. Great breakfast.

The facilities are great. Staff was exceptional. I mean, my partner really wanted an iced coffee late at night, and I came down to ask the front desk for where I could find some, and this man literally just said "I can make some for you" and did just that. Superb.

The pool are was a bit too cold for comfort to be frank. The kids wanted to hide under the towels the moment they got out of the pool, and we were feeling a bit chilly as well. Would expect the pool area to be a lot warmer.

Great location.

Very clean, modern, up to date

Very expensive. I filtered my search for “breakfast included” and when I arrived they said Breakfast was additional money. So, breakfast is included, but at an additional cost. That’s not clear advertising.

Enjoyed a fabulous staycation!

This hotel is at the right spot in downtown. Everything is just few steps away! Especially it’s connected to Desjardins complex which makes it more amazing! Staff were friendly! Lots of working. We will visit there again, hopefully no construction this time in downtown!!

the reception desk clerk was very friendly . Room was comfortable and well located, away from the noise in the street.

Compare to last year the service was not as efficient. Using the phone in the room is always problematic. The gentleman in charge of the parking forgot to give me a green paper to get my luggages delivered to the room so it took half an hour to get them. On sunday morning I decided to have breakfast at the hotel instead of going to the mall. I think 33$ for a buffet style breakfast when the food is barely hot and no service beside for hot drinks is highway robbery. People are visiting less and less restaurant and with that kind of price it will not attract too many people who do not include that meal with the room reservation.

Séjour trop court!

Nous n'avons pas aimé la vue qu'on avait de la chambre. Vue arrière avec des bâtiments. Nous aurions aimé avoir une vue sur les activités , les lumières, la rue Ste-Catherine, le monde! Voilà!

Pratique pour l’emplacement , lit confortable, mais problème de technologie

Problème avec carte Elle n’a pas fonctionné à plusieurs reprises . Il a fallu retourner à l’accueil plusieurs fois et finalement c’est un employé qui est venu nous ouvrir notre porte avec son passe-partout.

Location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds

-ordered slippers but had to ask twice -no guidance in room on reaching front desk -the TV in the room is very outdated, with nothing much -terrible breakfast. I been to Hiltons before but the breakfast here was very bad. Both in terms of quality and the temperature of food. -said soundproof in description but nop

Ubicacion. Poder bajar al centro comercial desJardain sin salir al frio. Con comedero amplio y surtido y un supermercado IGA alli mismo. Super atentos el personal. Cerca de centros culturales y la calle principal de compras.

Habian ligeros detalles, un lavabo no drenaba bien pero lo arreglaron al dia siguiente.

Great stay

Great service and very accommodating. The reception and the restaurant were very nice

Not a big fan of hotel pillows in general they are always very soft. But I know that and forgot my own pillow so the fault is mine

Enjoyable and relaxing.

Centre of city and good facilities. Bedrooms had everything needed for comfortable stay. All staff- valet parking attendants, receptionists, cleaners, waiters very polite and professional.

Lots of lifts to go from basement to reception then bedroom.

Too Expensive For What It Provides

Location is the only good thing about this hotel.

Too expensive and confusing. No one at the hotel ground floor to guide. The lobby is on the 6th floor and there is absolutely no directions on it. I arrived at 10 PM with my kid and wife and had to spent almost an hour to check in. No luggage pick or drop facility. I had to cancel my restaurant booking because of the delay at check-in. The cookies at check-in were amazing though. The elevators to the public public on the hotel and to the rooms and to the ground floor are all separate and no directions. It's very confusing. I paid so much and had such a hard time to settle the first day. I would suggest a hotel where the lobby is on the ground floor and where they have people to explain or help. It's located in a mall so multiple options to eat but I am not staying here again during my next visit.
