Run down in general, poor insulation room to room.
Access to swimming pool is anything convenient for female swimmer.
It feels that it is a hub for Air France Staff

Location was walking distance from the train and the event along with several shops and dining. Staff was great, the check in/check out process was quick and easy. The room was comfortable and the overall hotel was fantastic!
